This is your chance to have your holiday creation transformed into our official 2025 Villages of All Seasons Christmas Card!

• Submit up to 3 high-quality photos of your Christmas Village display
• Entries are open worldwide!

• Deadline: August 31, 2025
• Don’t forget to subscribe to our newsletter at www.villagesofallseasons.com to be eligible!

• Your photo professionally cartooned and printed on our official 2025 Christmas Card
• Your name on the card (optional)
• A half-page feature article on our website telling your story and passion for Christmas Villages
• 6 printed Christmas Cards featuring your winning artwork to share with friends and family in addition to a digital copy!

By submitting your entry to the Villages of All Seasons 2025 Christmas Card Contest, you agree to the following terms:

1. Purpose of Use
   By entering the contest, you grant Villages of All Seasons the right to      use your submitted image(s) solely for the purpose of:

• Creating and printing our official 2025 Christmas Card, which may include your name if you choose.
• Sharing your image (and story, if selected) on our website and marketing materials related to the contest and the 2025 card release.

1. Limited Use
   Your image(s) will only be used for the 2025 Christmas Card project and related promotional content. Villages of All Seasons will not use your photo(s) for any other products, commercial purposes, or resale beyond the Christmas card unless additional permission is requested and granted in writing.
2. Image Ownership
   You retain full ownership of your original photograph(s). Villages of All      Seasons does not claim ownership of your work and will always give credit to the creator if shared publicly (unless anonymity is requested).
3. Winner Feature
   If you are selected as the winner, you agree to:

• Allow a professionally cartooned version of your image to be created for use on      the card.
• Be featured in a half-page article on our website about your story and passion for      Christmas Villages.
• Receive (via mail and digital ) 5 printed copies of the card as part of your prize      package.

1. Eligibility      & Entry

• Entrants must submit up to 3 photos by August 31, 2025.
• Entry is open to participants worldwide.
• All entries must be emailed to support@villagesofallseasons.com.
• Participants must also subscribe to our newsletter at www.villagesofallseasons.com to be eligible.
